Friday nights as a 20 year old i should probably be out having fun
getting in trouble so decided to do just that the only way i know
how...Deadlifts...
felt pretty good coming into the workout today besides the intense
soreness in the medial of of my deltoid but no biggie its deadlifts so
lets get straight to the action!

Deadlifts took so much out of me!!! moving the weight was never had
but my whole career ive always only worked up to a max then moved to
assistant lifts so today proved volume is what i need to work on. After i
finished deads i was out of it...took a 10min rest and started
assistant lifts, Lats were fried so kept it light and just focused on
some contractions. thinking about taking tomorrow off and then squatting
sunday.
