Took Monday off cause i knew i was going to have along period without
sleep because i work graveyard 8:30pm-4:00am then had to be to class
about an hour and a half away by 9am-3pm then back to work by 8:30 so
wasnt be fun but anyway after a long couple days i decided to deadlift
early wednesday morning around 3am was really tired so i cut the workout
a little short but still felt like i got in a quality workout.
-Deadlift (conventional, beltless, deficit, hook grip no chalk)

Cut the final work sets short by 3 sets wasnt really getting to hard
but could not remain focused or feel like i had the energy to push
myself so i just called it. Sometimes you have to just play it smart.
