Feed Me More...

Came to the gym sunday night really excited for chest training but as i got about halfway through i just lost focus and got bored of about every workout i could think of so decided to just cut it short and throw in some side delts for a short while then get back to the kitchen to cook up some new ideas for the next couple weeks. Also might have an old friend from school starting to come in and be my training partner so that should give a little boost to motivation too. Well anyways... here is the workout from tonight

-Bench Press

125x6 (was supposed to do 10x3 but i got really sick of using so much energy to unrack and rerack the weight so i just stopped this is where i lost focus)

-Cable Flys

-DB Laterals

25x20x2 (all with about 20 seconds rest between)

-Machine Laterals
70x30x2
110x25
150x20x2

So thinking its about time to switch things up so if any of you guys got any ideas feel free to let me know!
