Second day back at training was planning on doing front squats but
decided to deadlift instead. the plan i decided on was to use smolov jr
as my progression so instead of doing every other day im going to just
go by feel, so this is what the overview of my routine will be
6x6 @ 70%, 7x5 @ 75%, 8x4 @ 80%, 10x3 @ 85%
6x6 @ 75%, 7x5 @ 80%, 8x4 @ 85%, 10x3 @ 90%
6x6 @ 80%, 7x5 @ 85%, 8x4 @ 90%, 10x3 @ 95%
Used 580lbs as my 100% so if everything works as planned i should be
able to pull 600 conventional and beltless by the end of this routine(
conventional PR is 585 with belt, 606 sumo with belt)
-Deadlifts (all without a belt for next 8 weeks)

didnt want to push it to hard yet but workout felt good, conventional
pull felt really solid, feeling excited to see how this turns out.
